Start by telling the story about how you built a great snowman when you were a kid. Then a bully came by and knocked his head off. The neighbor saw what happened and wrapped Frosty's head in his newspaper and brought it over to my house, ( remove and drop it in paper). You can guess what happened next, it melted. ( tip paper up side down and pour water out of the paper into a cup, open paper and show it empty). You then replace Frostys head with a balloon, but that's now the same. Get the kids to help create the magic by waving their hands to make a cool breeze then tip the cup over above the balloon instead of the water pouring out snow (confetti) flutters down. At the same time the balloon pops and frostys head returns.

Frosty is 16" tall, lacquer painted with scratch resistant vinyl decorations.
